Phew! So much welcoming goin’ on around here! We are just so excited to welcome the new girls, we wanted to make sure that everyone got their time in the spotlight! LOL!

First up today is Meg (username: megb), who says that digi-scrapping has combined her “inner geek” with her creative side… after my Christmas of a Wacom, wide-format printer and scanner, I think my inner geek might be taking over! Yikes! Meg has two kids and is back in her hometown of Eugene, Oregon after some moves with the hubs. Check out her gallery here. Welcome, Meg!

Next, is Lindsay Jordan-Hegwald (username: Lindsay or Lindsay77). I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay as a guest girl a few months back, so I was sure excited to see her back… check out her rockin’ gallery here. Welcome, Lindsay!

Rainie O’Dell (username: Juliet) joins our other Oklahoman (Angie) in Tulsa with her husband and 13 month old daughter. Her gallery is amazing, check it out here. Welcome, Ranie!

I have a few more girls to welcome aboard. I am thrilled to be on a team with such talent! As I was browsing their galleries I added so many layouts to my favorites. And now I am going to show you some of their favorites.

First up is Angie or chic_mama. Angie has only been digi scrapping since May! Wow! I love the way she used a color photo and b&w photos in this layout. The brackets are perfect- I could never pull that off! And those boys are the cutest- I can’t wait to see more of them in her layouts.

The next girl I would like to introduce you to is Becky or sparklymommy. Can you believe that her grandmother introduced her to digital scrapbooking? Not sure if it was intentional or not but we sure are glad she did! In this layout she is showcasing a paper bag album. Too cute! I am definately trying this soon!

And my final introduction for today is Sari. You may know her as caridura around the digi world. I am amazed at her talent. And having a gorgeous daughter to scrap! I think we need a photo swap soon! Her photos just draw me into the layout and this one is spectactular.

As the official Old Ladies around these parts, Amanda and I wanted to welcome the new girls, too! So we gathered up some LOs (and altered items!) to share with everyone in order to help you to get to know our newest members! I will share a few today… then check back for the rest of the week- believe me, you will be inspired!

First up today is Melinda… user name mmbstaley (I have to have those usernames! LOL!) Originally a paper scrapper who scrapped the paper (hehe, just had to!) in favor of digi and now even creates altered templates in order to expand the use of our favorite digi supplies. Can’t wait to see what she can do with Dani’s gorgeous goodies! Her favorite LO focuses on her daughter Sarah on her first birthday…

Okay, next up is Jodie… 1967jodie on some boards. Jodie is an Australian, from Tasmania (that’s on the bottom) with two kids. She has NEVER paper scrapped, but maybe we can talk her into altering something, with her style is it is bound to be fabulous! Jodie’s favorite LO…

I so LOOOOVE the colors in this… can’t you see why it would be a favorite? I can! Welcome, Jodie!

Last up for today is Dixi… 2BG as a username. She lives in a tiny town in Canada, so tiny that they JUST got their first fast food restaurant! Whoa! I live in a small town, too, but we at least have four! She is a fairly new digi scrapper, only been doing it for four months. Personally, at four months I was still figuring out the little things… like drop shadows (LOL!)… but Dixi is obviously a quick learner. Check out her fave LO!

And this was one of her FIRST LOs! I know! The photo is amazing, but the whole rest of the package here is, too. Welcome, Dixi!

Sorry this is a little late coming this morning! I am getting a head cold (ugh!) and slept in a little bit this morning! LOL! First I AGAIN want to thank the amazing talent of last term’s girls! I could gush about them forever, they are seriously all amazing and I will miss each and every one of them!! I know these new girls will bring great spirit and enthusiasm to this team and I am excited to have the chance to work with them! And a SPECIAL thank you to everyone who applied, I say it everytime, but this was NOT an easy decision!! It seems like everytime I have a call I get even more wonderful applications and appreciate all of you sooo much! I have sent out emails to everyone who applied, if you did not recieve it, it may be in your spam box.

Hi everyone! Dani here! I will be annoucing the new team later today, and believe me they are anxious to be known! LOL! I just wanted to take a minute to publically thank the AMAZING girls last term! Each and every one of them was a bright star, full of talent and inspiration, and I hope you enjoyed seeing thier beautiful LOs here and felt a little bit of thier enthusiasm and talent! I wish all of them the best, I am sure we will see GREAT digi things from all of them!!

The end is in sight for the current Dani’s Girls. The past six months have been amazing! New friendships were made, a few challenges issued and of course playing with Dani’s designs! And to show our appreciation to Dani we want to show a few of our favorite layouts.

This layout is from Robin. I love how her pictures match the kits. Just look at that adorable little girl! I just want to tickle that tummy!

And here we have a very handsome boy. This layout is from Tania. That girl can rock the boy layouts! She inspires me!

Just because we are being put out to pasture (heehee- I have always wanted to say that!) doesn’t mean you won’t see us around! In spirit we will always be Dani’s Girls!

We wish the new girls lots of great layouts and good times. Too bad we can’t stay around a little longer for some fun hazing! LOL! Enjoy your time with Dani- it will be the best digi experience you will ever have!

Dani and Shawna have just released their much-anticipated Year of Memories Collection, featuring a kit for each month, along with calendar stamps and all sorts of other goodies. I had purchased a pre-done calendar, but after getting a peek at this beauty, I will now be creating my own! It’s that good! Here is a peek to get you excited….

Cute, huh? While we are here, let’s have a totally off topic rant… I LOVE the way that she did her title here, and she is the master at the ‘mixed title’ look (I just gave it that name… LOL!) and I cannot do it to save my life, so every time I see a Jacque masterpiece that has that, I think, “Man, I wish I could pull that look off.” Maybe I should ask for THAT for Christmas! Hehe!

While I am here, I will also do my civic duty and inform you all that Dani is having team call, starting today. I have peeked around, and found a thread at DST (here) and some info on Dani’s Blog (here), and while I want to tell you NOT to apply (’cause that means I get to stay), the fact is that being a Dani’s Girl is a sweet gig and you DEFINITELY should apply. So there, I have done my good deed for the day! LOL!
