Hey Girl Talkers! Leigh here with a little hybrid inspiration for those sweet teachers in our lives!
We just wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week last week and I used two of my favorite Dani kits to make a couple of my kids’ gifts for their teachers. Although we sent these gifts for Teacher Appreciation Week, they could be used as end of the year gifts or anytime gifts as well!
First up…I decorated this simple Sonic drink holder using Dani’s Pop Goes the World. It is probably my FAVORITE kit of all! So bright and cheerful. I always find myself using something from this kit in EVERY project I start! It totally fits my scrapping personality!

I started with the simple drink holder. I sized, laid out, printed and cut my decorations.

Adhered them to the drink holder using Provo Craft Terrifically Tacky Tape (or red line tape).
Then I decorated them with ribbons, paper shreds and some *goodies* for the teacher and they were ready to go! SO EASY!!

Next on the list were candles. I purchased the candles from Wal-Mart for around $3 each. For this set I used Dani’s In Your Easter Bonnet kit. I measured, printed and cut out my labels for the candles. I added a note that said “You brighten my days…thank you,” tied ribbon around the top and off they went!

It really felt good to give back to the ladies who do so much for my children every day!
Thanks to all the teachers around the world who love on our kids when they need it most!
Until next time…
