Last minute gifts
Wednesday, December 30th, 2009Hi everyone, Jill here with some last-minute gift packing ideas. I always try to keep a few gift boxes and cards available for those last minute gifts of relatives who come over after Christmas.
One of my favorite ways of packing a last minute gift is tucking it into a season greeting card. Even small gifts like a candy cane to young cousins and nephews and nieces have to look personalized for me so I just tie a ribbon on the candy cane, write them a note in the card and the kiddies are off to enjoy their candy!

And since I don’t mass-produce cards ( want everyone to have a different design!) going all out hybrid isn’t a great idea on this kind of last minute gift, so the best way is to create a quick layout on Photoshop, print on 6×4″ photo paper and paste onto my ready-folded cardstock. Voila! Instant last-minute gift package!
I used Dani’s fabulous Checkin’ It Twice kit for this quick card.
Hope you guys have had a terrific Christmas holiday and all the best wishes for the New Year!
