A little love today!
Hi Girl Talkers! Happy Wednesday!
I just wanted to share a little love with you today using Dani’s kit “All You Need Is Love.” If you haven’t checked it out, you should! And, it’s on sale 34% off this week during Sweet Shoppe Designs 4th Birthday Bash! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Here’s a little goodie for all of you out there who are afraid to try hybrid! Don’t be afraid…this won’t hurt at all!
I used Dani’s kit to make some cute little tags for the upcoming Valentine’s season. These little tags are the perfect embellishment for small gifts, bags, baked goodies, etc. They add the perfect little touch to any gift.
Here’s what I did:
I printed the file on 8.5×11 premium photo paper. Regular card stock would work too. I decided to mount my circles on red cardstock to add a little extra pizazz, but you definitely don’t have to!

I cut out my circles using a round punch (you could also use a plain pair of scissors). I punched the red card stock with my extra large circle scallop punch for the bases. I then adhered the circles to the bases using double-sided tape.

Once they were done, I simply stuck a glue dot on the backs and stuck them all over the place! Here are a few of the treats I stuck them on:

You could also use them as cupcake toppers, gift bag tags, treat toppers, lunch box notes, etc. I even printed some off to use as a matching game for Valentine’s Day in my classroom. The possibilities are endless!
So, go grab the file here and get playing! I’d love to see what you come up with!
If you have any problems downloading the link, please let me know! I’ll come back and check the comments below for the next few days!
Good luck and happy Valentine’s Day-ing!
Leigh

What are some unique features of this web directory? The CDH Productions web directory is built on the established and trusted CDH Productions web site. The domain has been owned by the same company for the past 10+ years, and provides some of the highest quality and valuable listings available from a web directory. In addition, the CDH Productions web directory uses a new concept of ranking listings by contribution amount, rather than traffic, alphabetical order, submission date, or Google PageRank. This approach offers more control and better promotion for web site owners.

CHP A and Adult Medicaid pay for health care services received 90 days or 3 months prior to the day your coverage begins. This means that if you incur medical costs while your application is being processed, the Medicaid program will pay for these costs. All you will need to do is to submit any medical bills that you receive to the Human Resources Administration. It is also very helpful for you to inform your health care providers that you have already applied for Medicaid coverage.

What is healthy living? With dramatically rising rates of overweight and obesity, “healthy living” needs to become a way of life for more people. Making healthy food choices, staying physically active and maintaining a healthy weight are essential to good health, and key areas of focus for the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).

Do the eight essential Glyconutrients benefit the body in the same manner? No, not at all. These eight essential monosaccharides behave differently in the human body. Although all of them have properties important to enhancing cell to cell communication and the majority of them are crucial in inhibiting the growth of tumor in various areas of the body, each still has benefits that differ from the others. Glucose or table sugar, for example, is a great source of energy that goes immediately into the bloodstream while mannose has anti-infection properties that ward off infections from developing inside the body. The same is true with fucose, a glyconutrient that is found in high quantities in human breast milk. N-acetylglucosamine, on the other hand, has properties suitable for repairing weakened cartilage, bone structure, inflammation, and pain caused by osteoarthritis and N-acetylneuraminic acid is pivotal in brain development, learning, memory, and performance.
May 10th, 2010 at 8:22 am
Do Glyconutrients have side effects? Because these are just food, they’ve not been found to have side effects or to interact with pharmaceuticals or herbal products – kind of like eating broccoli. In fact, a physician friend of mine is a last resort for children who have birth defects and childhood illnesses. She has been known to give these children very large amounts of Glyconutrients through feeding tubes with no side effects and very positive results.
May 11th, 2010 at 7:23 am
Are all Glyconutrients helpful to our body? Actually, not all of these sugars can be of help to bodily functions. There are only eight that are noted for their individual benefits to our health and wellness. These include glucose and galactose, the two most commonly consumed by almost everyone, with the rest comprising of xylose, fuctose, mannose, N-acetylglucosamine, N-acetylneuraminic acid, and N-acetylgalactosamine.

What are Glyconutrients, and how do they work? Glyconutrients are nutritional sugars, and are not to be confused with the processed refined white sugar that is found in candy or cookies and can harm the body. Glyconutrients are healthy, unprocessed, natural sugars that can be found in plants. These safe and healthy sugars are technically known as “complex carbohydrates”, and have extremely vital functions in the body that have only been recently discovered. Simply put, Glyconutrients are like a key that opens the door. These natural sugars reside on the hair-like protein stems of every cell, and enables the cells to correctly communicate one with another. Once they have had their simple but extremely important “conversation”, the cells become active and perform vital functions. These vital functions can include the promotion of cellular communication, triggering the proper immune response, and restoring the metabolism — the sum of the biological and chemical processes in the body — to proper working condition. As a result of assisting with these vital functions, Glyconutrients may play a vital role in addressing a variety of diseases.

Can I buy Glyconutrients at my local health food store? The glyconutrient complex that contains all 8 essential sugars is available primarily through distributors. One reason for this is that this technology is so new that the public has not generally heard of it and requires an education before purchasing. You can purchase single sugars such as glucosamine which is known to reduce inflammation caused by arthritis.

What Nutrients are carnivorous plants looking for? This is a surprisingly complicated question. Ask me when I am in a hurry, and I will just say they are seeking nitrogen. But it is more complicated. Recall that there are more than 650 species of carnivorous plants, so why should we assume they are all foraging for the same Nutrients? Different habitats have different nutrient deficiencies, after all.

What is the accuracy of Omron’s Blood Pressure Monitors? All models of Omron’s Blood Pressure monitors are clinically proven accurate. Pressure is plus or minus three millimeters of mercury or two percent of reading. Pulse is plus or minus five percent of reading. This meets or exceeds the AAMI standards. AAMI is the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.

What are the problems with blood pressure drugs? Some promoters of natural or alternative treatments advocate the rejection of conventional medicine. This is totally irresponsible. Drug treatment is, and will remain, an essential tool in the treatment of severe and chronic hypertension. It saves lives. However, drugs do have serious drawbacks. The first problem with medications is determining the correct type of drug and dosage the each particular person. There are an increasing number of drug types, each acting in different ways. Sometimes finding the right one is easy. Other times it can be a long and frustrating ordeal.

What are the types of diabetes? Avoid alcohol. Dietary guidelines recommend no more than two drinks for men and no more than one drink per day for women. Exercise at least 3 time a week for ate least 30 minutes each session. Always carry quick sugar sources like candy or softdrink to avoid hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) during and after exercise.

Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes. Millions of Americans have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and many more are unaware they are at high risk. Some groups have a higher risk for developing type 2 diabetes than others. Type 2 diabetes is more common in African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, and Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders, as well as the aged population.

What should my nighttime skin care routine look like? Begin by surface cleansing to remove dirt and makeup (you may need a separate makeup remover) followed with a facial toner for extra hydration. Next you can add a facial oil, serum or moisturizer (preferably a night-specific option) and an eye cream. However some brands advocate that the skin benefits from not using moisturizers at night in order to properly breathe and benefit from its natural regeneration process. Instead they suggest using a spray toner or treatment, or a serum. Kirstin – founder of Saffron Rouge, follows this philosophy and doesn’t use a moisturizer most nights. The preference is yours.

Some of the most accomplished bodybuilders started training for strength using heavy compound exercises before getting into bodybuilding split routines. Examples include: Arnold Schwarzenneger, Franco Columbo, Reg Park, Ronnie Coleman, Johnny Jackson, and many more. Schwarzenneger was a competitive powerlifters for years, his best lifts: Squat 215 kg, Bench 200 kg and Deadlift 310 kg. That’s a sick Bench Press/Deadlift compared to his Squat which explains why Arnold’s chest and back where his best body parts, while his legs never were that great. The lesson this teaches you is that if you have a weak body part, you should focus on getting it stronger.

Why Can’t Mesothelioma Victims Sue the Government? There have been a couple of posts about individual dockworkers in the United Kingdom suing their own national government for compensation. The basis for this compensation is that business of unloading ships is, in the UK, a government enterprise. This then raises the question of why mesothelioma victims who were exposed to asbestos through some governmental enterprise (e.g., building ships for the US Navy) in this country not able to sue their government? The reason is an ancient doctrine, known as “sovereign immunity” that came to this country’s legal system from its ancestor, ironically, the UK.
May 13th, 2010 at 9:04 am
How long does it take to develop mesothelioma? Usually, it takes between 20 and 50 years to develop mesothelioma. However, in recent cases among rescue workers at the World Trade Center, mesothelioma has appeared within 5 years.

Just wanted to let you know that you are accountable to yourself and your family and friends after the show ends. You need to have a more positive attitude about yourself and what you can accomplish. You shouldn’t need a show to keep you accountable. Weight loss is up to you and only you. Only you can control how much you eat when you exercise if you exercise if you gain the weight back, etc…..I want you to know that you can do it but it has to be up to you.
